In the Youth Center in the municipality of Cair TAKT presented the project “Youth Education through Sport” and the activities that will involve sports workers within the frame of this project. TAKT will create a free sports program for young people from marginalized communities in Cair, that will offer a variety of sports, and that will have a strong educational component for empowerment and social inclusion. Addressing the event, US Embassy Ambassador Kate Byrnes noted that “Sport can be an inspiration, it can generate social change and contribute to the development of team spirit and youth responsibility.” This project is supported by the U.S. Embassy North Macedonia, in partnership with Youth Community Center Cair – YCCC.
