BASE meeting in Skopje!

In October, in Skopje, a meeting was held within the framework of the BASE project.

At the meeting, we presented our previous work in this project, discussed and shared experiences about active neighborhood, talked about the concept of education and training for change agents and change mentors.

Partners from Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal and Lithuania participated in the meeting.

Through BASE we aim to support and motivate older adults to start a healthier and more active lifestyle.
