Football for All Initiative

“Football for All” is a community-based initiative that aims to promote inclusion and social cohesion through the sport of football. The initiative focuses on providing access to the sport for all members of the community, regardless of their background or abilities. The initiative also aims to promote values such as teamwork, respect, and fair play. By creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members of the community to participate in the sport, “Football for All” aims to bring people together and promote understanding and mutual respect.
The “Football for All” initiative is a program aimed at making football accessible and inclusive for everyone, regardless of age, gender, race, or ability. One of the key components of this initiative is increasing participation in football for girls.
To increase participation in football for girls, the “Football for All” initiative has taken a multi-faceted approach. This includes: Challenging gender stereotypes and Empowering girls through football. This includes promoting leadership and life skills through football, as well as providing opportunities for girls to become coaches, referees, and administrators.
Additionally, the initiative will help to develop the skills of young people through football, such as leadership, teamwork and physical fitness. The “Football for All” initiative which aims to provide opportunities for the marginalized communities across the country was piloted in the following municipalities: Kriva Palanka, Sveti Nikole and Shtip.
