Sport4Resilience – Training Coaches

Last week, we took part in a training for trainers organized by PLAY International.

This transformative 5-day program was organized as part of the #Sport4Resilience project! The idea behind Training Coaches was the innovative PLAYDAGOGY methodology, which uses the power of sport as a tool for education and inclusion. Trainers gained knowledge of two co-created and tested contents; “Community Based Discrimination” and “Gender Discrimination”.

Participants will be able to organize and implement pedagogical sessions with primary school teachers in five municipalities: Kumanovo, Tetovo, Shtip, Saraj and Chair.
