Women Leaders “Advancement of Gender Equality in Sports”

Description of the Project:
This project aims to promote gender representation and increase the number of women in management positions in the internal structures of sports organizations. The target group of this project is sports organizations, including national federations, sports clubs, grass-roots clubs and sports committees. Within the framework of this project, training will be held for the introduction of gender-sensitive policies in sports organizations, led by an expert team from the civil organization Women Win, the Netherlands.
